Idenel is a Korean biotechnology house with a singular clinical focus — the science of transdermal delivery. Their patented Altum™ Peptide Technology is a delivery platform we have integrated into our advanced skin protocols at SKYNN.

At the core of the system are RaphiTox™ bio-microneedles: microscopic spicules derived from purified marine sponges. These ultra-fine crystalline structures measure 200–300 microns and are bonded directly to high-performance peptides. On contact with the skin, they create temporary microchannels and deliver their bound peptides up to 60× deeper than standard topical application can achieve.

The science is verified by third-party testing at the Korean Research Institute of Dermatology, which has clinically demonstrated measurable improvements in skin elasticity, density and wrinkle depth after six weeks of use.

In the treatment room, an Idenel spicule treatment begins like any considered clinical session — cleansed skin, a thorough assessment, an honest conversation about the day's objective. From there, the protocol unfolds in layers.

The spicules are applied first and massaged into the skin with practiced precision. The peptides, antioxidants and targeted actives follow — each one travelling deeper than they otherwise could.
